      Sorry! New customers must pay a sample fee, which is refundable upon order confirmation.

3. What are the price and quality advantages of your company's products in comparison to those of other companies?

    We are a production company with no middlemen and price advantage. We have a strict quality control system, and our pricing will be higher than other products of comparable quality, but we can convince buyers that they are worth the extra cost. Consumers appreciate the quality of our factory's CnGlass-branded products, distributed in numerous countries.

5. Delivery cycle?

The standard delivery time for customized items is 30 to 50 days; however, the delivery cycle for CnGlass brand products is 10 to 35 days because CnGlass series products are readily available.

6. What are the accepted payment methods?

   T/T, L/C at sight, PayPal, payer.

7.What's your payment terms?

A: T/T term or L/C term. On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, and 70% balance shall be settled before shipment. On L/C term, a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" can be accepted.
